Sr. Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maximize on-shelf presence in all assigned outlets by merchandising products across various access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Adhere strictly to approved planograms for both on-shelf and off-shelf displays.
• Execute product rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method and remove any sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock on shelves at all times.
• Place Point of Sale (POS) materials in applicable locations next to displays.
• Monitor and report competitive activities and any deviations from agreed terms to the pre-seller or supervisor.
• Participate in in-store sampling, redemption campaigns, and promotions as required.
• Follow daily journey plans and report daily activities to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid driving license.
• Service-level oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional behavior and appearance in line with company codes of conduct.
