Sr. Merchandise Planner

Responsibilities

• Own the in-season and long-range demand plan for the Personalization category, aligning with financial targets and commercial priorities
• Lead demand and performance reviews, presenting clear insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Translate consumer and market signals into strategic investment decisions and assortment strategies
• Deliver executive-level insights from sales, inventory, and SKU data to improve business efficiency
• Lead Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and cross-functional alignment
• Model strategic scenarios incorporating forecast shifts, promotional strategies, and inventory turn
• Drive alignment across Merchandising, Planning, Supply, and Commercial partners on buys and inventory strategy
• Build reporting and data visualizations that enable fast, informed decision-making across the business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of planning experience (assortment, demand, supply, or merchandise) in a multichannel setting
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with experience innovating processes in a growing business
