Sr Medical Infocomm Rep - Medical Aesthetics

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales strategies, plans, targets, and budgets to identify business opportunities.
• Promote Allergan Aesthetics products within designated hospitals and institutions in the Shanghai area.
• Identify customer needs and provide professional support, training, and empowerment to clients.
• Establish, improve, and maintain a strong network of target customers.
• Collaborate with regional managers and marketing teams to implement company projects, customizing execution based on specific institution characteristics.
• Conduct all business activities in compliance with professional codes of conduct and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Medicine or Medical Devices is preferred.
• Approximately 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Strong customer management and teamwork skills.
• Excellent learning and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to embrace challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the medical aesthetics industry is highly preferred.
