Sr. Materials Management Associate I

Responsibilities

• Participate in GMP processes related to materials management, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, and internal logistics
• Manage the receipt, shipment, and movement of Non-GMP material, Raw Materials, Samples, CSMs, and Final Products
• Write and execute SOP creation and revisions
• Lead discrepancy or deviation investigations
• Maintain knowledge of required SOPs and execute training curriculum
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to resolve inventory and logistics issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor of Science preferred
• 4-6 years of material management experience
• Experience working in a cGMP environment
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and supplier management policies
• Proven track record of problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
