Sr. Materials Management Associate I

Responsibilities

• Participate in GMP processes related to materials management, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, and internal logistics
• Support the receipt, shipment, and movement of Non-GMP materials, raw materials, samples, CSMs, and final products
• Execute and maintain knowledge of required SOPs, including writing and revising SOP documents
• Lead discrepancy or deviation investigations
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to resolve inventory and material issues
• Ensure all actions align with department and company goals and cultural values

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Science preferred
• 4-6 years of material management experience
• Experience working within a cGMP environment
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, supplier management policies, and cGMP standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools
• Proven track record of problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork
