About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and execute new initiatives to optimize processes and improve integrated supply chain performance
- Identify supply and demand misalignments within a 13-week window to mitigate risk
- Monitor inventory levels of components required to support production schedules
- Perform detailed data analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies and component quality issues
- Lead projects aimed at driving continuous improvement within materials and supply chain teams
- Influence functional stakeholders and work closely with factory teams to manage operational risks
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- In-depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP systems
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to lead change and mentor junior team members or peers
