Sr. Master Data Governance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy a global standard data creation workflow process supporting GMS business activities
• Utilize expertise in SAP EWM master data, including BOM, Recipes, MRP, MPS, and Batch Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze material management, data quality, and governance needs
• Build and drive plans to improve data practices for operational, reporting, and analysis needs
• Create and maintain process maps, data objects, and user guides
• Manage site-specific projects such as new product launches and alternate material sources
• Provide expert-level support for SAP MDG modules, addressing functional issues and change requests
• Oversee change management procedures, including impact analysis and user testing reviews
• Identify opportunities for process optimization while maintaining regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MDG (Material Master, Planning, Procurement, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years developing and implementing MDM solutions and data governance processes
• Experience with business process reengineering and assessment
• Advanced technical knowledge of SAP EWM Master Data
• Proficiency in at least two of Production, Materials Management, or Quality modules
• Strong leadership capability for cross-functional teams and change initiatives
