About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lead lifecycle strategy and execution, overseeing capture, scoring, routing, and qualification
- Define and govern lifecycle standards and marketing–sales handoffs in partnership with sales operations
- Manage lifecycle performance and drive continuous optimization by tracking lead movement through the funnel
- Enable lifecycle visibility and scalability by collaborating with marketing analytics and technology teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related B2B role
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing lead lifecycle processes end to end
- Experience partnering with sales operations on lead definitions and routing
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills for identifying operational improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field
- Experience managing lead lifecycle management for B2B SaaS enterprises
- Proficiency with Adobe Marketo Engage
