Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Japan marketing strategy, aligned with global priorities and localized for the Japanese market
• Drive pipeline and revenue growth through demand generation, brand, lifecycle, and field marketing
• Lead the strategy and execution of onsite events, including executive roundtables and large-scale conferences
• Drive competitive market intelligence and translate insights into winning pricing and promotional strategies
• Oversee customer acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels including SEM, Paid Social, and Partnerships
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to design and execute ABM programs
• Manage the Japan marketing budget and report on performance and business impact to stakeholders
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing local marketing team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (demand generation, growth, or regional leadership)
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Deep understanding of the Japan B2B market and buyer behavior
• Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)
• Proven success managing paid acquisition, Affiliate, CPL, and review site programs
• Solid understanding of SEO and content localization
• Business-level fluency in Japanese and English
• Highly analytical with strong stakeholder-management skills
