Sr. Marketing Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Market Intelligence teams to identify and assess market opportunities using data-driven methodologies
• Implement data governance best practices to maintain data quality, security, and compliance
• Generate clear and concise reports detailing key insights and performance metrics
• Identify customer segments based on intent, engagement, and other relevant factors
• Build reusable foundational segments for marketing campaigns
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand market trends and customer behaviors
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes
• Mentor others to transfer knowledge and skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building segmentations in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with statistical analysis tools and data visualization software
• Advanced SQL query development skills
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AAM, AA) and Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, VBA, and Macros
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, statistics, business analytics, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in marketing, data science, statistics, business analytics, or a related field
• Direct experience with Marketo
