Sr. Manufacturing Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain manufacturing test infrastructure for AI server hardware, from board-level validation to full rack integration.
• Design and maintain production test software and automation frameworks using Python, Bash, and related tooling.
• Develop automated test processes and self-healing capabilities to increase throughput and improve first-pass yield.
• Establish modular test strategies and implement statistical process controls (GR&R, Cp/Cpk) to ensure product quality.
• Analyze production test data to identify trends, root-cause failures, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with hardware design, firmware, and operations teams to provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept prototypes through production ramp.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or an equivalent field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals, including networking, storage, and operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Experience in large-scale data center network implementations and support.
• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
