Sr. Manufacturing/Sr. Production Tech

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in tubing extrusion, including operating equipment, combining resins and colorants, and fulfilling engineering requests.
• Perform setup, testing, repair, inspection, and maintenance of area-specific equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex manufacturing or R&D problems by interpreting procedures and practices.
• Analyze data to identify trends and issues, collecting and recording measurements to support quality projects.
• Provide input to engineering for qualifications and validation studies, and assist in developing or revising SOPs and instructions.
• Plan and prioritize daily work routines and project assignments to meet established schedules.
• Offer work direction to other employees within the work group as needed.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
• Proven experience working within a quality system environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts, practices, and product/system fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret and utilize advanced numerical and statistical data.
• Ability to work independently on complex or specialized technical assignments.
