Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvements to ensure product quality, safety, and operational efficiency
• Support new product introductions and APQP/Pro-launch activities to ensure engineering requirements are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving methods
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools such as DBS, VSM, 5S, and Poka-Yoke to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes within the Power Solutions Segment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
• Several years of manufacturing experience (automotive industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with quality tools including SPC, PFMEA, capability studies, and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, AutoCAD, and Minitab
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to work in global, cross-functional teams
