Sr. Manager, Vision and Low Speed Manoeuvring [ADAS Systems]

Responsibilities

• Determine commodity strategy for Vision and Low speed feature sets
• Ensure technical content and integrity of specific components and systems across all programs
• Create commodity business plans in line with technical strategy
• Manage people, including motivation, development, appraisals, and objective setting
• Confirm technical and financial system requirements cascaded from vehicle level attributes
• Manage recruitment and resource fulfillment
• Approve engineering component releases for programs
• Partner with Supplier Sourcing for commodity business plans and cost reductions
• Lead supplier selection, development, and strategic technical partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of experience delivering technical products through a team
• Proven experience managing a team of engineers
• Demonstrable experience in budget and target management
• Experience developing commodity, system, and future technology strategies
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Relevant technical and professional accreditations
