About the role
Responsibilities
- Determine the design and delivery of HIL, Simulation, Modelling, and Vehicle based tests
- Plan and develop necessary skills and resources including training, coaching, and recruitment
- Collaborate with System and Sub-System Managers to review requirements for testability
- Ensure quality and sign-off of automated and manual test cases, methods, and scripts
- Manage completion of DVP and feature sign-off
- Record evidence and data from testing to demonstrate robust feature sign-off
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or a related field
- 8+ years of experience delivering technical products through a team
- Proven experience managing a team of engineers
- Demonstrable experience in budget and target management
- Experience developing commodity test plans and sign-off against requirements
- Experience developing future test strategies
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
