Sr. Manager, Value Realization

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the value realization approach across enterprise transformation initiatives
• Build and maintain frameworks for identifying, sizing, governing, and tracking value
• Develop business cases, assumptions, and benefits models for priority initiatives
• Define and track financial and operational metrics to measure expected and realized value
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into value progress
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate outcomes and realized impact
• Connect initiative execution to measurable business results across operating models, AI, and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, Strategy, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in value realization, FP&A, transformation finance, or strategic operations
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience building business cases and benefits frameworks
• Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation or portfolio initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise cost transformation or portfolio governance
• Background in media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology industries
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools and Excel-based modeling
• Experience managing multiple value levers such as labor, process optimization, and automation
