Sr. Manager, Transformation Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integrated transformation plans across multiple workstreams and functions
• Drive program governance including status reviews, decision forums, and executive materials
• Establish PMO standards, operating cadences, and reporting across transformation efforts
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment on scope, timing, and ownership
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and changes across initiatives
• Partner with leaders to prepare teams for change and support organizational readiness
• Develop executive-ready reporting to provide leadership with visibility into progress and risks
• Track execution progress and reinforce accountability for commitments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Operations, Strategy, or Program Management
• 7+ years of experience in program management, transformation PMO, or strategic operations
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at the enterprise level
• Strong planning, dependency management, and risk management capabilities
• Strong executive communication skills for developing materials for senior leaders
• Ability to operate with both strategic perspective and execution discipline
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or operating model change
• Experience working across business, finance, and technology teams in matrixed environments
• Experience in media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology environments
• Experience building governance rhythms and executive operating cadences
