Sr. Manager - Test Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing methods and operations for new and existing products
• Direct and control staff to execute business plans, managing personnel, recruitment, and training
• Optimize production manufacturing strategies to ensure process uniformity and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to lower costs, improve yield, and reduce cycle time
• Manage and control departmental budgets, including headcount and variable costs
• Analyze workplace behavior and implement interventions to align organizational culture with corporate strategy
• Ensure strict compliance with EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, Security) policies and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering to facilitate the release of new products and maintain technical competitiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 10 years of experience in Engineering, Management/Leadership, or Production/Manufacturing
