We are addressing the challenges of electric vehicles through technology that sets the standards for software-defined vehicles, including operating systems, zonal controllers, and cloud connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers across homologation, product security, functional safety, and quality domains
- Set strategic direction, goals, and career development paths for the TPM team
- Own the strategic roadmap and delivery health for Product Integrity programs
- Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, legal, regulatory, and quality organizations
- Establish program governance frameworks, including risk management and milestone tracking
- Serve as the primary escalation point and senior representative for the Product Integrity TPM team in executive forums
- Champion process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of progressive Technical or Engineering Program Management experience in safety-critical or regulated environments
- 3+ years of direct people management experience leading program or project managers
- Experience in homologation, product cybersecurity, functional safety (ISO 26262), or quality management systems
- Mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and other program management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry with type approval or regional regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29)
- Previous experience as a software or hardware product development engineer
- Experience with over-the-air (OTA) software update strategies
- PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification
