We are addressing the challenges of electric vehicles through technology that sets the standards for software-defined vehicles, including operating systems, zonal controllers, and cloud connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers across homologation, product security, functional safety, and quality domains
  • Set strategic direction, goals, and career development paths for the TPM team
  • Own the strategic roadmap and delivery health for Product Integrity programs
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, legal, regulatory, and quality organizations
  • Establish program governance frameworks, including risk management and milestone tracking
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and senior representative for the Product Integrity TPM team in executive forums
  • Champion process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of progressive Technical or Engineering Program Management experience in safety-critical or regulated environments
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading program or project managers
  • Experience in homologation, product cybersecurity, functional safety (ISO 26262), or quality management systems
  • Mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Jira and other program management tools
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry with type approval or regional regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29)
  • Previous experience as a software or hardware product development engineer
  • Experience with over-the-air (OTA) software update strategies
  • PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification
