About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the dual-path market entry for the robotics ecosystem by managing direct sales touchpoints and lighthouse projects
  • Transform technical strengths into quantifiable commercial value for direct touchpoints and the partner ecosystem
  • Recruit and vet specialized dealers in key verticals and translate robotics architecture into partner-ready solution kits
  • Act as the primary technical interface for prospective partners, articulating advantages in edge-computing and safety architecture
  • Drive the data loop by collecting real-world corner cases to fuel continuous iteration of the Brain and Data Factory
  • Manage the integrated sales funnel, focusing on direct sales targets and the growth of the authorized partner network

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, or field application engineering within robotics, AI, or intelligent hardware
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical architectures into high-value business solutions
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales cycles from technical POC to commercial contract execution
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and C-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in complex system integration (API, cloud, security, or campus management systems)
  • Success in delivering technical projects within high-density public spaces like logistics hubs or smart hospitality
  • Expert level utilization of CRM/Salesforce for sales optimization
  • Deep knowledge of ICTS/supply chain security concerns in AI/Robotics contexts
  • Experience developing technical training programs or enablement kits for third-party distributors
