Sr. Manager, Targeted Strategy & Execution Direct Mail

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the direct mail contact plan, including budget forecasting, creative formats, audience targeting, and offer planning
• Manage marketing expenditures to ensure alignment with allocated budgets
• Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics to report on marketing success
• Leverage demographic and market data to support marketing objectives and campaigns
• Engage stakeholders throughout the development and launch phases of marketing plans
• Align marketing efforts with product development for synchronized product launches
• Partner with vendor resources to ensure seamless in-market execution of direct mail campaigns
• Create strategic briefs to build internal alignment and provide guidance to creative resources
• Prioritize a test and learn agenda for the channel, focusing on maximizing the benefit of AI assets in outreach
• Develop high-quality presentations for senior leadership

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant marketing or strategic experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proven experience in budget management and strategic planning
• Strong ability to monitor and report on KPIs and ROI
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
• Strong executive presentation skills and ability to communicate with senior leaders
• Proficiency in analytics and strategic thinking
