Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Field

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of Talent Acquisition Partners across the Northeast region.
• Execute regional recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets for RBDC, RBNA, and RBNY.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with business stakeholders and functional leaders to provide data-driven talent insights and workforce planning.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption of recruitment tools and technologies to enhance sourcing and selection outcomes.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including employer branding and university partnerships.

Requirements

• 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven track record in managing high-volume and specialized recruitment processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruitment metrics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Ability to travel 20-30% to engage with the field and various market locations.
