Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning Management

Responsibilities

• Govern the demand planning component of the S&OP process, establishing disciplined inputs and aligned assumptions.
• Lead enterprise demand analytics, including trends, forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility to improve plan quality.
• Drive executive insights into demand plan changes, quantifying key drivers, risks, and tradeoffs for supply and financial performance.
• Establish enterprise governance for planning master data, ensuring standards and sustained data quality.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to Commercial and Finance teams to align on demand drivers and portfolio changes.
• Lead governance for new product launch demand and support portfolio rationalization decisions.
• Chair Demand Review discussions to surface risks and drive timely executive decision-making.
• Manage demand performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, plan stability, and inventory health.
• Provide people leadership by coaching and developing planners and analysts.
• Ensure GxP compliance and audit readiness for all planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain or demand planning.
• 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
