Sr Manager, Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Execute key elements of supply chain programs, managing scope, timelines, costs, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to sourcing, supplier development, quality, engineering, and cost reduction.
• Identify gaps in supply chain processes, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support sourcing activities by analyzing raw material pricing from primary and secondary sources.
• Identify opportunities for outsourcing, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.
• Implement and enforce vendor management guidelines and governance.
• Support planning, procurement, warehousing, and new product introductions (NPI).
• Ensure compliance with import, export, and excise regulations.
• Drive structured project management practices to ensure stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, PMO, Sourcing, or Operations (or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience).
• Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong experience managing and implementing complex projects.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation skills using Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of sourcing, supplier development, cost management, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Ariba.
• Knowledge of Windchill.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Background in supplier development, new product launches, and supply chain design.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a structured approach to project execution.
