Sr Manager, Supply Chain Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution and commercialization across innovation, lifecycle management, and supply continuity initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
• Translate business strategy into actionable execution plans, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and risk management.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, optimize cost, and enhance agility.
• Drive operational excellence through data-driven insights, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead proactive risk identification and scenario planning to protect business continuity and service levels.
• Partner with Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams to support healthy inventory management and minimize excess and obsolete stock.
• Influence strategic decisions regarding network optimization, capacity planning, and external manufacturing partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or project management.
• Demonstrated leadership responsibilities and experience leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex processes in a matrixed environment.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to integrate financial insights into supply chain strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and act with agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of implementing innovative supply chain solutions that balance speed, cost, and quality.
