Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Improvement

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s primary relationship with assigned suppliers and develop relationship management plans.
• Monitor overall supplier performance and compliance with company standards to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as an escalation point for functional areas including Accounts Payable, Contracts, Rebates, Operations, and Sales.
• Drive overall supplier metrics, including funding, operational KPIs, and AOP targets to maximize category profitability.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best overall terms for the organization.
• Partner with various divisions to identify preferred partners based on category strategy and operational performance.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and experience in healthcare supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare products landscape.
• Detailed expertise in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
• Knowledge of supply chain regulatory requirements for product manufacture and importation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
