Sr. Manager, Supplier Excellence

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality visions and procedures for Contract Manufacturers
• Identify, root cause, and track complex technical issues during production and vehicle launch
• Perform and sustain VDA audits during sourcing and throughout the program life cycle
• Drive completion of PPA and Reifegrad Absicherung (RGA) requirements from development through SOP
• Manage and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality standards are met
• Proactively identify high-risk areas within engineering design and physical production environments

Requirements

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or equivalent
• 10+ years in product development or volume manufacturing, specifically in PCBA and high-rate production
• Experience managing lean engineering teams in high-growth or startup environments
• Technical expertise in automotive low voltage electronics
• Deep understanding of automotive PPAP, DFMEA, FMEA, Metrology, and inspection methods
• Expertise in VDA 6.3 and the RGA framework
• Willingness to travel to contract manufacturer locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC-610 certification
