Sr Manager, Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct strategic finance support to the Corporate & Business Development team
• Lead M&A and integration activities, including target identification, due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation
• Collaborate with corporate development, finance, and accounting functions to ensure tight coordination
• Conduct periodic reviews and post-mortem analysis on the investment portfolio and prior deals
• Analyze and translate complex data into strategic insights to drive executive-level decision making
• Maximize long-term shareholder value while protecting corporate assets

Requirements

• 7+ years of managerial experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
• 3-7 years of investment banking or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modeling
• Strong technical corporate finance and valuation skills
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform complex scenario analysis and M&A modeling
• Experience integrating data from Bloomberg
• Fluent knowledge of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization
