Sr. Manager, Site Procurement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost reductions and ensure business continuity within the Surgical Franchise
• Identify and present business cases for alternative sources, including resins, molded components, chemicals, electro-mechanical, capital equipment, and metals
• Apply data analytics to spend data to identify new opportunities and project trends
• Manage site budgeting, spend variances, and project management in coordination with the MST team
• Develop and present business cases to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to secure buy-in for insourcing strategies and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 years of relevant experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing with the ability to develop global sourcing strategies
• Demonstrated experience building and managing regional and global RFPs
• Ability to negotiate complex supply agreements and third-party engagements
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, Alteryx, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Direct Materials such as injection molding, devices, metals, and chemicals
• Strong analytical skills for scenario modeling, business case development, and total cost of ownership assessments
