Sr Manager, Service Sales

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement service sales business plans for financial and non-financial objectives.
• Manage all sales processes and standardized sales management tools to drive business growth.
• Expand the customer portfolio and unit count while maintaining high levels of customer loyalty in service and repair.
• Foster and sustain meaningful commercial relationships with customers and consultants through strategic representative assignments.
• Act as the key point of escalation for customer issues, including collection efforts and contractual disputes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Service Account Managers to meet sales KPIs and performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to understand financial statements and commercial contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft-based computer software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience specifically within the elevator industry.
• Experience in a service-oriented business or related technical industry.
