Sr. Manager, SEO/AEO

Responsibilities

• Own organic-sourced MQL targets, pipeline value, and influenced revenue
• Develop and maintain a keyword architecture and search strategy across target verticals
• Lead Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to earn citations in AI-generated answers
• Provide technical SEO specifications including Core Web Vitals and schema implementation
• Create detailed content briefs for the Content Manager to execute SEO and AEO strategies
• Monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword movement, and conversion data

Requirements

• 5+ years in an in-house or hybrid SEO role at a B2B SaaS or industrial tech company
• Proven track record of connecting search performance to pipeline and revenue
• Deep technical SEO fluency in schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and crawl budget management
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, GA4, and Salesforce or HubSpot
• Familiarity with AEO/GEO and how AI search is reshaping B2B discovery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or IIoT markets
• Experience managing content writers to SEO standards
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and multi-touch attribution models
• Experience building search from scratch in a market-creation phase
