About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales marketing strategies targeting agencies and brands to drive commercial growth.
- Shape market-facing positioning and messaging to articulate the value of programmatic solutions and demand technologies.
- Define and execute integrated go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Brand Marketing teams.
- Lead demand-generation efforts, including content strategy, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize go-to-market strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
- Design and scale client engagement programs to deepen relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as revenue, client growth, and retention to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Generate industry intelligence regarding client trends and competitive offerings.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in sales or marketing, specifically focused on demand-side ad tech or programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and trading desks.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate industry trends into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead trainings and presentations.
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for a general audience.
- Proven ability to prioritize projects based on potential revenue impact.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
