About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and lead the company's first formal Sales Enablement function within the Commercial Sales Division
  • Own the salesperson onboarding program (30/60/90-day structure) and partner with HR for continuous improvement
  • Design and deliver ongoing training programs to increase product knowledge and sales skills
  • Build and maintain a Sales Skills & Competency Framework and a centralized content library (playbooks, competitive guides, ROI tools)
  • Establish a Sales Coaching Model to equip managers with structured routines and tools
  • Design and operate a structured Win/Loss program to synthesize field intelligence for leadership
  • Partner with Sales Support to maximize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) adoption and lead the rollout of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot
  • Define and track enablement KPIs, including project cycle time, content adoption, and win rate impact

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations
  • 3+ years in a leadership role building enablement programs from the ground up
  • Proficiency with Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Showpad)
  • Strong CRM fluency, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to measure program ROI
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
  • Experience supporting both product sales and channel/distributor models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building materials, flooring, construction, or similar B2B manufacturing industries
  • Background in a front-line sales role
  • Experience supporting Architecture & Design (A&D) or specification-selling teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot for Sales and the broader Microsoft ecosystem
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business degree
