About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales enablement strategies tailored for digital diagnostic workflows and SaaS-based platforms
  • Optimize sales processes from lead generation to post-sale follow-up through workflow automation and data-driven engagement
  • Identify and implement effective sales technologies, including CRM, AI/ML tools, and digital content management systems
  • Develop and manage sales enablement curriculum, including onboarding for new hires and continuous development for tenured reps
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives on sales productivity and win rates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams, Product Marketing, and L&D to align messaging and product roadmaps
  • Manage sales enablement budgets and provide executive-level transparency regarding investments and results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales enablement experience, preferably supporting SaaS, digital health, or diagnostic solutions
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong background in healthcare, diagnostics, or health tech environments
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and prioritize KPIs to evaluate enablement effectiveness
  • Expertise in project management, budget management, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with sales technology stacks, including CRM, LMS, and automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with clinical workflows and the regulatory context of diagnostic solutions
  • Ability to use blended learning techniques and emerging technologies to design scalable training programs
  • Strong ability to influence senior leadership and build consensus across diverse global teams
