Sr. Manager, Retail Operations & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve retail sales strategy and operations, including frameworks for store expansion and performance optimization
• Serve as the in-house expert on HubSpot CRM architecture, overseeing lead routing, automation, and reporting
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflows, customer follow-ups, and analytics
• Partner with Finance and HR to design performance-based compensation structures
• Forecast performance and manage monthly goals across individuals and teams
• Translate sales performance and conversion metrics into actionable insights for leadership
• Build brand performance measurement frameworks to track how marketing investments drive retail revenue
• Standardize operational playbooks and sales enablement infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience scaling or optimizing multi-location retail businesses
• Deep proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and system architecture
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets with strong forecasting and modeling capabilities
• Experience implementing CRM or sales operations systems
• Familiarity with Shopify or retail POS platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and growth models
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at our Denver, CO headquarters
