Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support VP, Trade Marketing as a key partner to the APAC + Travel Retail regional team
• Partner with regional teams to build support plans for seasonal launches and core collections
• Work with Visual Merchandising on planograms, fixtures, and retailer events
• Brief and track creative requests for in-store exposures and windows
• Manage APAC + TR retailer digital asset requests including CRM, site, and social placements
• Lead retailer product page management and optimization
• Prepare retailer meeting decks and market meeting materials
• Maintain global Master Assortment files and Retailer Launch Calendars
• Manage item setup and creation for new product launches via retailer portals
• Provide cross-functional support for Travel Retail exclusive products

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of trade marketing experience in beauty or luxury
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work from the Corporate Office at least 60% of the time
