Sr. Manager Quality Management

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and product field quality improvements by leading cross-functional teams.
• Manage major escalations and orchestrate resolutions for key customers, including GSA cases.
• Provide monthly performance reports covering field failure pareto, tech support statistics, and cost of quality.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and present 8D reports to customers and leadership.
• Monitor manufacturing quality performance and harmonize processes across different production plants.
• Ensure product roadmap readiness by collaborating with regional BU quality and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong expertise in 8D problem-solving techniques and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).
• Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in product development cycles, including production release and validation processes.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or firmware design and reliability testing.
• Experience in the power/electrical equipment industry, preferably within the data center market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma (DMAIC) certification or experience.
• Experience with process evaluation and capability analysis.
