Sr Manager, QA

Responsibilities

• Act as the clinical quality system manager for ILS-SG, ensuring Quality Systems are established, implemented, and maintained in compliance with all regulations.
• Build and lead a team of Quality Assurance staff for ILS QMS and compliance activities in Singapore.
• Lead reporting to ILS-SG Leadership on QMS performance and host Management Reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to advance quality processes and capabilities.
• Identify, maintain, and communicate performance metrics for the QMS.
• Coordinate and host QMS assessments by external bodies and manage required improvement actions.
• Work with ILS Leadership to resolve complaints, develop corrective actions, and monitor resolution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global ILS quality management to exchange best practices and coordinate process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance within laboratory services or related standards (ISO15189, ISO17025, ISO13485) and/or HCSA licensing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage resources effectively.
• Proven experience in implementing and leveraging performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer focus skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and non-hierarchical matrix organization.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an applicable field.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage and escalate risk effectively.

• Project management skills.
