Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the team following direction from the group director
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers and Implementation Consultants
• Manage a complex portfolio of implementations and intricate technical deployments
• Forecast project scope and resources while identifying and mitigating risks
• Build strong relationships with key clients and provide expert guidance on best practices
• Continuously improve internal project methodologies and training materials
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams
• Maintain utilization targets to ensure successful and consistent deployments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in professional services
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of managing complex IT projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in implementation and project management methodologies
• Strong understanding of SaaS product development lifecycles
• Exceptional communication and strategic problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with government budgeting concepts
• Experience with finance/budgeting solutions, procurement, permitting, licensing, or asset management
• Ability to articulate process logic and architecture through functional presentations
