About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of technical product managers, UX designers, and business intelligence engineers.
- Define and own a 3+ year product vision and roadmap for the device management platform, including Android and Linux fleet management.
- Partner with Software Development and Systems Engineering to shape architecture choices and ensure high availability (99.9%+ uptime).
- Drive the technical definition of deployment systems with safety mechanisms, rollback capabilities, and fleet-wide observability.
- Establish north-star metrics for creator experience quality and drive continuous improvement through experimentation.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to define cost-effective device roadmaps and drive service adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of technical product management, program management, or engineering experience.
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing complex product deliverables.
- Experience in customer-facing product development, including defining, launching, and optimizing services.
- Experience managing competing priorities and using data-driven metrics to guide business decisions.
- Experience defining system architectures and evaluating technical feasibility tradeoffs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high-growth environment.
- MBA degree.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and techniques.
- Experience with Linux operating systems, embedded systems, consumer devices, or mobile applications.
- Experience with device management systems (MDM) or managing large-scale device fleets.
- Background in fulfillment, logistics, or operations technology environments.
