Sr. Manager, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for AMXL including customer acquisition, segmentation, and selection expansion
• Drive multi-box and selection enablement initiatives to translate operational capabilities into customer growth
• Lead the PMO function, managing tech roadmap prioritization and cross-functional delivery
• Define and execute tech strategy in partnership with engineering teams
• Build and defend business cases using rigorous financial modeling and ROI analysis
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Retail, FBA, and Finance to align roadmaps
• Present strategic recommendations and performance metrics to VP+ leadership
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of 8 product and program managers

Requirements

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• 6+ years of team management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery and feature tradeoffs
• Experience in financial modeling and P&L management
• Experience delivering technology products in high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Fulfillment processes
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• Experience developing and launching V1 products
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Experience producing executive-level written materials
