Sr. Manager, Procure to Pay Operations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P operations including Procurement, AP, Strategic Sourcing, T&E, and Global Contracts
• Ensure SLA performance, approval cycle times, and process compliance meet targets
• Drive execution of agentic AI and automation projects across the P2P stack
• Partner with engineering, product, and AI teams to move automation initiatives to production
• Manage a globally distributed team of procurement, AP, and sourcing professionals
• Own P2P reporting and metrics to provide real-time visibility into spend and process health
• Partner with FP&A on budget alignment and accrual accuracy

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Procure to Pay or Finance Operations
• 3+ years in a people management role
• Proven track record leading operational transformation in P2P or S2P environments
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or agentic workflow tools
• Deep familiarity with Workday or comparable ERPs
• Experience with procurement intake platforms like Zip, Coupa, or SAP Ariba
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing globally distributed teams
