Sr. Manager, Process Innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, re-engineering, and optimization of end-to-end GROUND and GTW operational processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of AI, automation (RPA), and predictive analytics.
• Oversee the design, administration, and optimization of large-scale relational and cloud-based databases such as SQL Server, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Develop and execute advanced data analytics strategies and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards for senior leadership visibility.
• Lead ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development in partnership with IT and data engineering teams.
• Act as a strategic change agent and consultant to influence policies, programs, and long-range operational objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Fleet, Customs Clearance, and Gateway teams to drive enterprise-wide process excellence.

Requirements

• BS/BA in an engineering discipline.
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics, GROUND, GTW, or customs operations.
• Mastery of SQL Server, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling and DAX.
• Proven experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with AI/ML applications within operational environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programs and change management.
