Sr Manager, Order to Cash

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, including sales order processing in Salesforce, invoicing in NetSuite, and collections management.
• Oversee daily customer sales order processing and ensure accuracy across billing applications.
• Own monthly and quarterly cash collections forecasting using aging bucket analysis and historical trends.
• Analyze DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) trends and implement action plans to reduce variance.
• Develop roadmaps for billing and payment systems in collaboration with Business Operations and Internal Applications.
• Manage, coach, and develop staff to navigate operational challenges and support company growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and FP&A to align revenue operations with broader business goals.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of management experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related revenue operations function.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycles and billing/payment processes.
• Proven experience with acquisition integrations and migrating customers into existing billing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and a customer-first approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in fast-growing SaaS or enterprise software organizations.
• Experience with recurring and usage-based billing models.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce (SFDC), and Stripe.
• Experience with API integrations and billing automation tools.
