Sr. Manager Operations - COE

Responsibilities

• Lead operational processes to maximize efficiencies and achieve strategic goals
• Collaborate with leadership to translate corporate strategy into actionable operational steps
• Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and exceed operational targets
• Manage initiatives and projects using a continuous improvement mindset
• Mentor and develop teams through coaching and career guidance
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive team engagement and recognition
• Conduct root cause analyses to reduce defects and improve workflows
• Manage performance reviews and facilitate hiring processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred
• Background in Lean Principles, Six Sigma, or Quality Management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong end-to-end business process knowledge
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions with urgency
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
