Sr Manager, OCT FE CPEE HVM Diffusion

Responsibilities

• Lead the Diffusion Central Team to drive manufacturing capability improvements, productivity optimization, and equipment roadmap execution for high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive Max-out and productivity improvement activities across Micron to achieve cost competitiveness and technology leadership.
• Manage equipment performance improvement activities by collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Partner with Technology Development (TD) and manufacturing fabs to ensure effective technology transfer, pilot ramps, and alignment with business plans.
• Build and lead a cross-functional process organization, including hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of highly capable process engineers.
• Define and execute equipment technology roadmaps and participate in technology choices for upcoming nodes.
• Lead innovation projects through patents and technical papers to promote a winning mindset within the organization.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Diffusion Process technology.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage and execute complex global business processes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, developing, and mentoring engineering talent.
• Willingness and capability to travel internationally as required to meet business objectives.
