Sr. Manager Mergers and Acquisitions Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of investment theses for acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships aligned with business strategy.
• Own complex valuation analyses, including DCF, comparables, and scenario modeling, to assess strategic fit and value creation.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts, coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors across multiple workstreams.
• Direct financial diligence to identify key risks, validate assumptions, and refine valuation models.
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with integration teams to ensure continuity from diligence to the execution of synergy capture plans.
• Track and evaluate post-close performance against deal assumptions and value creation targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Demonstrated experience leading M&A transactions or major workstreams end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, critical infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Exposure to global or cross-border transactions.
