Sr. Manager, Market Research & Insights

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Strategic Plan forecast for the Vision Care franchise, including market data consolidation and executive-level output.
• Build and maintain complex Excel forecasting models with historical actuals and multi-year forecast periods.
• Conduct weekly cross-regional forecast reviews to validate assumptions and ensure timeline adherence.
• Create annual market models for dollar and unit forecasts used in scenario modeling and ad-hoc analyses.
• Produce quarterly fact books summarizing market size and market share using syndicated data sources.
• Develop Tableau dashboards for market insights, performance tracking, and revenue forecasts.
• Manage and guide teams responsible for delivering strategic market research and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience in market research, insights, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced leadership and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic business direction.
