Sr Manager, Manufacturing Technologies, AI-Enabled Manufacturing Innovation (IVI)

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of pharmaceutical manufacturing by leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to drive scalable, data-driven innovation.
• Support the deployment of priority manufacturing capabilities, ensuring site readiness, stakeholder alignment, and smooth transitions through structured change management.
• Manage the end-to-end innovation lifecycle, including intake, triage, rapid MVP development, pilot testing, and global scaling.
• Translate complex manufacturing needs into clear problem statements, business cases, and technical requirements.
• Drive change adoption by aligning global stakeholders on the value and behavioral shifts required for AI-enabled solutions.
• Act as a program manager to oversee scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks within a fast-paced, global environment.
• Ensure all digital solutions are compliant by design, meeting strict GxP and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors degree.
• 12 to 17 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of people management or leadership experience directing teams, projects, or resource allocation.
• Proven expertise in program or project management.
• Knowledge of GxP environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, operations, or related regulated environments.
• Experience in digital enablement, innovation delivery, or operational transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and prioritize initiatives based on value and feasibility.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence in a global, matrixed organization.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decision-making and track value realization.
