Sr. Manager/Manager - Last Mile Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery operations to ensure service quality and SLA adherence
• Plan manpower and fleet capacity based on forecasted business volumes to ensure optimum rider availability
• Oversee rider performance, engagement, and operational compliance while maintaining healthy rider retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for key e-commerce clients, managing relationships and performance reviews
• Analyze operational performance data and generate MIS reports to drive data-driven decision-making
• Monitor project profitability and identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising service quality
• Develop and implement SOPs to drive automation and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA is mandatory
• 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations
• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial leadership role
• Experience with UAE rider or fleet operations
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
